You will be able to add, change or reduce the countries you want to do business in.

We act as your authorized local agent, we send proposals to your customers with your own terms and conditions. When approved by your customer, they acknowledge AlsoThere’s limitations of responsibilities. If applicable, our local affiliate will comply with the customer’s local process for becoming approved as the local vendor’s agent, and will receive purchase orders on your behalf.

Yes, all invoices are fully compliant with the fiscal and tax regulations of the respective country. We ensure accuracy and compliance to avoid any legal or financial issues.

We manage payment collections on your behalf through our local affiliate. Once payments are received, we transfer the funds to you securely.

12% to 20% fee on the billed service amount (plus applicable country taxes).
Single annual invoice per contract.

No, there are no strict minimum or maximum customer volumes required. Our solution is flexible and can accommodate businesses of various sizes. As an AlsoThere customer through our Single Market Program, or our Multi Country Ramp-up Program you have access to Unlimited local customers/contracts.

Termination is straightforward. We have 12 months and 24 months program terms, an advance notice prior renewal will be enough to wrap up your program and any outstanding operations, finalize accounts, and ensure compliance.

If a customer disputes a service contract or payment in the local market, Alsothere’s role as the authorized local agent is limited to issuing invoices, collecting payments, and transferring funds to the vendor. Any disputes related to the quality, delivery, or performance of the products or services must be resolved directly between the vendor and the client. The vendor remains fully responsible for managing client relationships, addressing disputes, and resolving any claims under their contractual terms.

Yes, we require documentation such as proof of company registration, tax identification numbers, Articles of incorporation or company bylaws, and I.D. of legal representative in your country of operations, and details of the services or products you will be offering. All transfers and payments will be executed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, using U.S. dollars (USD) as the reference currency. The exchange rate applied will be the average of the buying and selling rates for freely convertible currencies, with the official source being the central bank (or equivalent) of the countries involved in the payment. In cases where the central bank rates are not freely convertible or where exchange controls are in place, an alternative method for determining the exchange rate may be mutually agreed.
